Making life simple and meeting our basic daily needs doesn’t mean that we would be fulfilled, but it is a pre-requisite to happiness and fulfillment
A simple daily life is a foundation to progression and being better
It is worth to remind ourselves over and over again
Make choices more binary
- Rest and relax when we are exhausted
- Eat and stay hydrated before we don’t feel well
- Exercise and journal before feeling emotionally unwell
- Connect and talk with others more
Once daily life is organized, we get to learn and study new things: hobbies, finances, cooking, spirituality, any aspect of life that you are interested to learn more
There could still be issues: Time management issues
At the simplest, we would need to make time to eat, sleep, exercise, relax, shower, and self-care.
Then once the basic needs are organized, we would have a systematic way of organizing our goals and values into manageable bites.
Keep in mind the overall balance in our health and our emotions. If something is too extreme, it is probably best to take it easy and re-evaluate.
However, there will be a problem if we keep doing something that is disruptive in our daily lives and is unhealthy to us, all the while thinking that it would produce a different result, this is alarming.
One should be able to develop an awareness to know what is healthy or what is unhealthy to us.
Performing unhealthy acts hoping for a positive results is insanity.
Make life simpler, organize our life in a way so we could be healthy and feel healthy.
- Getting Adequate sleep
- Eating regularly
- Staying hydrated
- Exercising regularly
- Connecting with friends and family
- Making time to reflect
